I had a mixed experience during my stay at Royal Plaza On Scotts. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Orchard, making shopping and dining super convenient. However, the service was lacking at times and there were some cleanliness issues, notably with the room not smelling fresh. Overall, it had its highs and lows.

The Premier King Room I stayed in was lovely and kept clean to high standards. although it lacked a fresh scent. I didn't get the room with a view I had hoped for, but the room's amenities were decent.

The staff were pleasant overall, but I encountered some issues with a certain receptionist who was not very helpful. which detracted from the experience. On another note, there was a commendable effort from the staff to upgrade my room on a special occasion.

My stay at Royal Plaza On Scotts was a blend of comfort and convenience. The room was neat, with excellent internet and a free mini bar, although the shower area felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was a delight with many halal options, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Singapore. However, the small pool and slightly slow housekeeping could be improved.
